Shipping Policy for SereneSlurps LIMITED

Shipping Methods Available:

  • Free Standard Shipping:
    Spend over $150 to qualify for free standard shipping to anywhere in the Continental U.S. Orders typically take 2–4 business days to be processed and shipped, followed by an additional 2-5 business days for delivery via our standard shipping methods.

  • Flat-Rate Shipping:
    For all orders under $150, we offer a $6 flat-rate shipping option to anywhere in the Continental U.S.
    Note: Standard shipping rates apply for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

  • Expedited Shipping:
    We also provide expedited shipping options, with pricing displayed at checkout.

    • Expedited shipping orders placed before 12:00 pm PT will be processed and shipped on the same business day.
    • Orders placed after 12:00 pm PT will be processed and shipped the next business day.
      An estimated delivery date will be displayed at checkout for expedited shipping options.

Business Days:

  • Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days and are excluded from processing and shipping. This applies to all expedited shipping orders; expedited orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Information:

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Payment Verification:

  • Credit card authorization and address verification must be completed prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally, but we hope to offer this option in the future.

Damaged Orders:

  • If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at bcnkb40841@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving it. Include a note with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item and your order number for assistance.

Lost Orders:

  • We apologize for any inconvenience caused by lost packages. While the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery once the package leaves our warehouse, please contact us to open an inquiry into the lost package. We will do our best to assist you; however, SereneSlurps LIMITED is not responsible for any lost packages.

Stolen Packages:

  • Unfortunately, SereneSlurps LIMITED is not responsible for any stolen packages after delivery.
